Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy Deep Blue Diving Center agree to make every possible effort to ensure that your diving experience will be safe and enjoyable; will meet or exceed all the required diving industry standards, comply with local customs and government laws and regulations, environmental best practice and guidelines. Customers who sign up for diving and diving related activities agree to the following terms and conditions: - I agree to pay Deep Blue Diving Center for all diving related activities in full that I book for as listed on the website, on brochures, posters or prices agreed with their authorized agents. A deposit is required on signing up for diving and the balance is due before any in-water activities. If booking in advance via the website a deposit is required with the balance due on arrival. - No refund will be given if the customer fails to show or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. I understand that diving certifications are not guaranteed and that if I fail to meet the required standards at any time during the course(s) no certification will be issued and no refund will be given. However, Deep Blue Diving Center will make every effort to provide additional training if this required and only in exceptional circumstances will additional costs apply. I understand that Deep Blue Diving Center may alter the accommodation advertised as this subject to availability at its’ partnership resorts and that additional costs may be payable for upgraded accommodation. Should I require additional accommodation beyond that provided by Deep Blue Diving Cent I will contact and pay direct to the resort where I wish to stay. I understand that Deep Blue Diving Center may at any time change agreed diving locations due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions or inappropriate conduct or cancel the diving due to adverse or unsafe conditions. If necessary Deep Blue Diving Center will reschedule your diving to ensure that course standards are met. I agree to compensate at full market value Deep Blue Diving Center or its partners for the loss or damage of any equipment, materials or property as a result of negligence or abuse. If I fail to show up for diving no refund will be given. If I fail to show during a course and I wish to continue my diving on another day, is subject to availability. If I wish to cancel after starting course, I may receive a partial refund at the discretion of the manager, less any course fees and staff costs.
